Two days until New York Fashion Week, the most hectic time of the fashion set's fall agenda, kicks off and I'm still hazy from the high of a lazy long weekend. Scrambling to get ready for all the buzz, I turned to a PR pro to get the scoop on what can get me (and the rest of you on the show/party circuit) through the week.

Head of her own Public Relations firm, KHPR, Kiara Horwitz is used to chaos -- it's the thrilling yet anxiety-inducing nature of the business.
